Spring Training pics

hey guys. i suppose you could consider me lucky that i live 6 miles from maryvale. i live in the westside of phx-metro area. anyways, i'll likely have attended 13 spring training games this month. the highlight is having my digital SLR. and of course, attending practice the weekend before the games is by far the best experience.

 

anyways, heres a small gallery, its going to take a couple weeks to sort thru what might be a population of 10000 pictures. i'd meant to share much more, theres a treasure trove. actually a buddy who also has a dslr and me are going to be having a party at the end of the month where we'll exchange all of our pictures and pick out the best. anyways, we've got to enjoy the brew crew all this month, i hope you guys will have fun watching them for the next six months!!

gabe gross home run shot. basically, to get this kind of shot, you need to shoot every single pitch & be lucky enough to have it timed correctly, this ball was hammered into right center. and yes, he got all of that one.

photo finish. from my angle i thought polish won, the announcer got it correctly. you can see clearly from the pic that hot dog got to the tape quicker.

the green jersey was a $100 impulse purchase!! i was afraid that it wouldnt be on sale this year. i picked up the green ball & glove hat last year which is now extinct.
