Movies that get your blood going

I write this as I watch one of my favorite movies...Gladiator. I notice that I get edgy, my heart races and my adrenalin really pumps to a high level. I seem to get this intensity/edginess while watching The Patriot as well.

 

What are the movies that get the blood pumping for others in Brewerfan Nation?

My vote is for the movie, The Professional. Jean Reno is an outstanding hit man and Natalie Portman shows at a early age what she is capable of in adulthood.

Seconded. Also when they are showing the montage of the Indians reeling off all those wins to get back in the pennant race, peeling the stickers off the Rachel Phelps photo, etc. That synthesizer music fires me up.

nothing sends chills up my spin and gets me going like when Rocky and Apollo are both knocked down and Rocky gets up that music. Have to stop and watch it every time its on.

South Park did it first in the episode where Stan "Darsh" has to win the big down hill ski race at the time share resort. Over the montage song "You gotta have a montage, get a little bit better in every scene, Montage!" The concept made it into Team America, but I think the episode version was better.

Definately Rocky 4. That match from Rounds 3 to 14 with the instramental in back. I don't ever watch the beginning of that movie anymore, I start it at the training scenes. What a great movie.
