Anyone know who wore #13 on the 1989 Nashville Sounds?

Long shot, I know, but would like to find out. Sent the Sounds an email but they haven't gotten back to me.

Your guess is as good as mine. The Sounds got back to me and told me they didn't even know.

I wouldn't give up without checking with the public library in Nashville. Here's the link to their website, which has an Ask a Librarian box toward lower right.

 

Most public libraries have the local newspaper on microfilm; I'd check the sports pages around the start of the 1989 season to see if a roster was printed. Library staff may not be able to check the microfilm page by page for you, but they may be willing to send the film to your local library so you could take a look. There may be a fee for having the film sent to you, but it will be cheaper than traveling to Nashville.
