Kelvin "Slimeball" Sampson and Cheatiana

OK. Maybe I'm missing something, but can somebody tell me what the heck Sampson actually did? Everybody is ripping him to shreds about being a cheater, but the only detail that I've found on what he did was something about illegal phone calls to recruits. The entire ESPN report last night didn't mention one specific thing he had done. I'm not defending him by any means, but when other crooked coaches like Clem Haskins and Dave Bliss went down, the allegations were much more detailed.
