I'm going to have to agree with this. I love the tour idea, but MP in October has my vote as or right now

I'd just say, the less busy the better.

 

 

Well, I didn't think my design was all that busy, but I'm not a professional (obviously). I still plan on making a general baseball one, I just haven't thought of a good design yet and I'm busy for the rest of the week. Maybe sometime on Sunday.

As is, I think it might be my favorite. But it still has a two color bat, shading on the glove, a cartoony hotdog, shading on the baseballs... I think it would look better minimalized. Just one guy's opinion though.

Dave, nice design, although I have to ask why you have Miller Park rotated the way you do.

Well...because I was using MS Paint and I could only rotate by 90 degree angles. I'm just throwin ideas out there. That by no means is a completed design.

 

I've got another really simple one I thought of today that I may post later on.

Obviously this is just a quick thing I threw together, but I like the idea. If it is well liked, I'll take some time and make it look better. "Loaded Up" could go on the front and the rest on the back. And yes, I got the idea after playing Call of Duty 4.

While I don't have the software to make the design happen, I was thinking along the lines of mixing the movie logo with an image of our manager, for "YostBusters!" Nedly could appear trapped behind the red cross-out logo, somehow.

Ok, here's a quick tour idea. I'm pretty happy with the back part, but I don't know if other people will like the name of the tour or the tagline or the front design. It's kind of funny to me, but people not into stats might not get the reference (plus, maybe it's just not funny, I don't know).

 

Also, I don't know if we can have a front and back or not. If not, I can modify.

I really like that first Tour design JoeHova. The parent's basement quote makes me giggle quite a bit too.

 

I don't know if this shirt would be "allowed". I've seen this slogan a lot around here. Maybe someone already made a shirt like this too, but here it is. I threw it together quick while listening to Rage Against the Machine.

A friendly reminder that the contest is open through Friday. I will be closing this thread first thing Saturday morning, so any submissions that are not entered by then will not be accepted.

 

At that time I will also try to develop some kind of polling system while pulling the 5-6 best designs so everyone gets the chance to vote on which design they would like to see on a t-shirt.

 

Oh yeah, and we can't use that "In Doug we Trust" image with the mustache, since that's another one that has already been used elsewhere.
