I think part of the problem for Bush pitching out of the stretch is he can't vary his leg kick and delivery as much as he does from the windup. I think Bush gets a lot of mileage from changing how long he keeps that legkick working, varying arm angles in his delivery to righties, etc. He can't delay and vary things in his delivery with a guy on base, especially with the catchers the Brewers have had (or will have in Kendall) - they don't strike fear into opposing baserunners at all. Once Bush loses an element of deception, his stuff probably starts to look a bit more average, and much more hittable.
