I know we're pretty deep with SPers, but it seems like Sean Burnett would be a nice waiver claim. Give him a full year at AAA to see if he can come all the way back?? He's still only 25. And he's left-handed, which is always nice. I'm very surprised Pittsburgh is trying to sneak him through waivers.

I would argue that they are the epitome of the team that should attempt to make a claim on him. An argument of "I know we're pretty deep with YOUNG starting pitchers (and 40 year old's contract), but it seems like this young lefty would be a great waiver claim."
