John Sickels' 50/50 Prospect Lists

Does anybody have John Sickels' (minorleagueball.com) 50/50 prospect lists for this year. If so, could you please post them or send them to my inbox? Thanks in advance.

 

For those who are unfamiliar, Sickels ranks the top 50 hitting prospects and the top 50 pitching prospects in separate lists. At his blog recently, he reviewed his lists from 2007. His 2008 lists are out there somewhere, but I haven't been able to track them down.

Last year when he sent them out (I got his book) it said something along the lines that you're not suppose to publish them or give them out or something. Im not sure if thats copyrighted material since it's in his book, or Idk. I can tell you Bruce is #1 for hitters and Bostons Bucholz is number 1 for pitchers
