Not really sure about the details but Philies Nunez known for his D and def not hitting just got signed...

My guess is the Brewers are more than a little worried about Counsell's second half last year.

 

1st half - .340 OBP, .659 OPS

2nd half - .289 OBP, .583 OPS

 

Sure his defense was great and that is why he is on the team but that kind of production cannot really be offset with the defense. I can live with that first half but the 2nd half is just ugly.
