I keep hoping that Bionic Commando come out for the Wii Virtual Console but no such luck yet.

To be honest, I have played it on emulators recently (yeah, I know...) and I'm not quite sure the NES version holds up today.

Cool, this was one of my favorite NES games. I'm not sure how the swinging hook will hold up in 3D, in 2D it was at least controllable.

I always went for the 3 way gun as soon as I could.

 

Looks like they are going to release a remake on XBLA pretty soon.
