Concert tickets

This was touched on a bit in a different thread but it was off topic as to what the original thread was about. I was waiting for hundreds of disappointed parents who waited at the box office to be all in an uproar after it sold out in five seconds. I think it's pretty cool how the Bradley Center was able to handle this, setting aside a good chunk of tickets for those who bought at the venue.

In contrast to other venues where a small number of people in line got tickets, more than 300 people here walked away with tickets to see the hottest concert tour, "Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds" on Jan. 13.

That's because the tour and the Bradley Center agreed to set aside a block of tickets, somewhere under 1,000, to be sold from the center's box office, Bradley Center president and CEO Stephen Costello said.
