He's been selling that item that way for about 2 years now. I've even sent him a friendly note informing him that Fielder actually wears number 28. I was interested in buying a few kits from him in the past but his refusal to acknowledge this mistake and his reluctance to respond to email (like : "Hi I was interested in this kit but could you tell me if I buy this am I going to get the correct item?) left me with a decidedly sour taste.
