We're becoming a veteran team

NYChez

Losing several heart-wrenching games and also losing your ace is supposed to make a very young team wilt under the pressure and fall out of the playoff race.

This team has responded to each of Cordero's meltdowns by winning the following game. They have responded to the loss of Sheets by having their best string of starting pitching of the season.

Losing games late is tough, but each time the Brewers respond favorably, the more likely that they're not going wilt under the pressure in August through October.

After what this team has gone through the past several weeks, I don't consider this to be an inexperienced team anymore.
