I haven't edited anything in or out. At first I thought it was a 'male enhancement' message, but this one really takes the cake. I haven't clicked the link (nor will I at work) - so I don't necessarily recommend anyone else doing so if at work (or anywhere else that you'd be worried about appropriatenesss). i've heard the latest scam is similar to the Africa one, but they do it via dating sites. they email and IM the person for a while and mention they'll need $10,000 or whatever to leave the country and come to America with the guy, who is then robbed blind whenever they fly to the country.
