Combined Perfect Game Wins Japan Series

crewcrazy

Crazy stuff. Link: http://www.kansascity.com/744/story/334162.html

To sum it up quickly, the Chunichi Dragons' starter Daisuke Yamai threw eight perfect innings, their closer Hitoki Iwase threw one, and the Dragons beat Trey Hillman's Nippon Ham Fighters 1-0 to clinch their first Japan Series in more than 50 years.

Hillman is moving on to manage the Kansas City Royals next year, explaining why the KC Star was covering the Japan Series. I thought this was a cool story that you don't see very often. Now what will it take to get Yamai in a Brewers uni? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/tongue.gif
