Dish Network follow up - Local Channels in HD?

Are these local HD channels for the Milwaukee area? It appears, according to the Dish Network website that the local channels for the Milwaukee area are not even available in HD. Is that true? Does anyone have Dish with locals in HD near Milwaukee?

I'm in Janesville. They are Madison stations.

 

I had to get an antenna to get Rockford channels. Both Madison and Rockford are on our basic cable for Charter.
