They usually sell one item per day. It's generally a lot of random stuff, sometimes new, sometimes refurbished, almost always a decent deal. When they sell out of one item, that's it for the day. However, every now and then, they have a woot-off, in which they keep going for a certain period of time (usually a day or two, I think), every time one product runs out, a new one is immediately put up. These are usually pretty fun to keep an eye on, but beware...lack of sleep can ensue from too much wooting.

I think it's supposed to indicate a high degree of computer-nerd excitement. You're so pumped up at the thought of a woot-off that not only can you not stop with the exclamation points, but your finger occasionally slips off the shift key so some of your intended exclamation points become ones instead.

That's my interpretation. I'm not from the computer-nerd world, so someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

wow...talk about some crazy emotions. So I've always been just a split second too late with the BOC. I've always arrived to see the servers in chaos or the BOC sold out. Well, tonight was my opportunity. I quickly jumped at my chance. Not wanting to be greedy I ordered 2 items. And then punched in the Security Code on my card. Processing....processing...processing...processing....SERVERS ARE UNAVAILABLE!!! Drat, I was foiled in what could have gone down as the proudest moment of my life. I refresh, try ordering again, but the servers are down. And then the home page says "SOLD OUT"

So I call a friend to share my sorrowful tale. After moping for a few minutes, then deciding to do the unthinkable--clean while Woot-depressed--I returned to my computer to see an email. "Could it be???!!!" I mused. I clicked on the little yellowish-orange letter in the System Tray, and sure enough, I had a glorious email confirmation from woot, telling me that my order of two Random Craps would ship within 5 days! I feel like running to town and buying a powerball ticket. Thoughts?!

I don't understand the pictures. I get the 1!11 stuff (thanks hawing!), but what's the deal with the animal pictures?
