I will just copy and paste what was written but I thought bfan could do some good (like it usually does).

I'm not one to normally do this, but my friend up in DC gave me a call last night asking for any help that I could give. He has a friend who's daughter contracted Hepatitis C from a hospital visit. Her mom, in an effort to pay the bills started modeling. She is entered in a contest and was in the lead, but has dropped over the past few days.

Ok boys heres the deal, this is for my friend
Jackie. She is a single mom with a daughter named
Brianna. Somehow some way Brianna contracted a form
of Hepatitis while staying in a local hospital for
something totally unrelated. Jackie is working on
raising money to help pay for Brianna's medical care
as her insurance is not covering what she had hoped.
Jackie works full time and works part time as a model.
She is trying to win a simple magazine contest in an
effort to raise money for Brianna's bills. This is
where you come in, the link below is a link to vote
for Jackie. The only drawback to the contest is you
can only vote once per day per IP address. I have
been able to vote 4 times a day from the different
locations that I can access a computer at. All that I
am asking for is for you to vote as often as you can
and to pass this on to anyone else that would be
willing to sacrifice the time to cast a vote. This
contest ends on 29 Oct 2007. So just vote often and
pass this on. After you see the other contestants you
might share my opinion that Jackie is the best of the
4 women.
