Keith Foulke coming back

RyDogg66

Here is the link, Rotoworld thinks someone will thrown 3 million at him. I can see 3 million with incentives, but I cant see a base of more than 1.5 or so. He'll only be 35 which is decent for a reliever. If he is healthy I think he'd make a fine addition to the bullpen.

Plus, it'd be great to have a guy named Keith on the team.

Personally, I'd give him a 7th inning setup role, maybe 8th. He's about three years removed from assuming a larger role in the bullpen. Though if Cordero is gone, he's right up there with Turnbow and Linebrink as our next closer option.

Foulke was on ESPN 1000 in Chicago during the few days the Cubs were playing in the playoffs.

I believe he said he was going to schedule a workout in Arizona in the next month or two so teams interested could watch him throw. He sounded very confident that he was physically ready to go.
