Christmas shopping hasn't sucked to much for me this year. It's the first time in a loooooooooooong time I haven't had a girfirend-so I don't have an extra family of people I don't really like to buy gifts for. Plus I was able to re-gift some stuff that I got from work that is really nice, but I won't use. Win, win, win.

When I woke up this morning and weighed myself, I found that I weighed under 210 pounds for the first time in about 4 years. Eat it, holiday seven pounds.

Congrats! I'm back up again, not exactly where I want to be. I'm hoping that moving to a much warmer snowless climate in about a month will help.

I had gall bladder removal surgery 4 years ago now in two weeks, and by this point in time I was down to an very unhealthy 170 on a 6'6 frame. I started smoking a ton once I got healthy again, and then I stopped for the most part in October last year, and summarily ballooned to 235 pounds. It's now almost all back off, and I'd like to lost another 5-10 pounds, though I'd love to lose 25 pounds of fat and regain 10-15 pounds of muscle in the first half of the next year.

Also,

Three craps. Oh yes. Oh yes.

Getting a 4 year old's toys out of the packaging is driving me insane. This Hanna Montana play set is wired up tighter than anything I've ever seen.

All these toys are practically welded to the containers and I'm flipping out.

-I used to have a neat-o signature, but it got erased.

I almost want to tell the now-ex-girlfriend that for her Christmas present I was going to try (connections) to get Justin Timberlake (her absolute favourite) to leave her a voicemail on her phone. but I won't, I won't.

I was told matter of factly that a chinchila is the softest animal in the world. How do they determine that? Do a bunch of people sit around a table and pet various animals to decide, is it a scientific explanation with the hair on the animal, or did someone just say "the chinchila is the softest animal in the world" and everyone rolled with it?

They are soft, but not cuddly. Me and the ex had one. It hated her (but liked me). She gave it away to a friend after a month...
