So my boyfriend thinks the upstairs neighbors are being too loud, so I told him if it bothers him so much just take a broom and bang on the ceiling. And he looks at me like I'm crazy.

And just before I was going to hit 'post' he screams about losing a run in extras while playing the Show. HA! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

P21, your bf sounds like an idiot.

What the hell is going on with Scrubs[/i]? This season hasn't had more than a handful of funny moments. Did the writers for the show go on strike early?

I didn't realize it was ever truly funny. Your second sentence is how I'd summarize the show as a whole.

Although the season finale of CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM wasn't the best episode of the season, I thought the last 2 minutes or so were brilliant. Very funny and, in a way, touching. Larry beaming when Vivica A. Fox laid into Susie being a particular highlight.

I don't know if it's because it's what he knows due to his advancing age, but Larry David sure seems to have tapped the well dry with doctor office bits on CYE. The last few minutes were superb... "Merry Christmas from Larry and The Blacks." If they make another season, it'll be interesting if they continue with the story line.

And Leon may have been my favorite recurring guest star in the show's history. I can't really quote him on a family message board, but he had me rolling every time he spoke.

Alan Moore said something along the lines that he wanted to make LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMENT: BLACK DOSSIER the "best thing ever". He's come mighty close to that. Sometimes it's not what story you tell, but how you tell it, and this book is packed with more odds and ends and entertaining diversions than anything I can think of.

I'm a big Scrubs fan, but yeah, this season has been less than stellar. All of a sudden, Kim is 40 minutes away, just like that? Huh? And there really haven't been any funny moments at all. The "green" episode last week sucked. I hope they finish up stronger.

Didn't mean to kick you when you were down, crazyk! Just not my style of show.

Don't worry, TLB. I'm not easily offended, plus last night's episode was a big improvement.

Back in the day, in junior high school (before they renamed it "middle school"), two dorky guys played "Heart of Glass" in the cafeteria jukebox every day of 8th grade.

So I have pretty much disliked that song for almost 30 years now.

I don't remember why we had a jukebox in the cafeteria in junior high school.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

"Cool Hand Luke" is a good movie.

I could go for some deviled eggs, or in the case of Luke, hard boiled eggs.

I know I could pack some eggs away, but not that many. As a group, we usually devour about three dozen deviled eggs every Opening Day.

If I wasn't terrible at photoshop, I'd at 'wazzzzzzup' to both of their mouths.

Oh well. I still like this one.
