Posts displaying up out of order

I've been posting in the Major League forum and everything I submit shows up before (above) the post's I'm responding to. Any Ideas? I'm not the only one having this problem. It's pretty annoying.

 

EDIT: Btw, even though the time stamp says I posted this at 10:05, it's really 11:05.
