William Wrigley?

William Horlick - Back in the late 1800's to mid 1900's, there was a factory near the Root River on Hwy 38 in Racine County that made "Horlick's Malted Milk Balls"

William Horlick High School was named after him as well as Horlick Athletic Field, which is located on Memorial Drive on the north side of the City of Racine, which housed the Racine Belles of AAGPBL and the current Racine Raiders. In addition, Horlick Athletic Field also plays host to an array of high school football games. There is a myth that many out of town football coaches refuse to play at Horlick Field due to the dire straights of the surrounding neighborhood, which has a high crime rate to this date.
