Milton Bradley, Mike Cameron Out for Season

crewcrazy

This could possibly end up helping the Brewers during that 4-game series to end the season. San Diego's offense has struggled without Bradley in the lineup, so maybe they'll be easier to beat without him in the lineup this weekend: http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3033346

This probably can't come at a worse time for the Padres, either, with the Phillies breathing down their necks for the wildcard.

According to this story, Mike Cameron will miss the rest of the season as well. Milton Bradley accidentally stepped on Cameron's throwing hand when the two came together on a play in the outfield, and the injury is serious enough that he may miss the playoffs if they qualify.

Brady Clark is expected to fill in, so it looks like Brady will end the year in Milwaukee.

If I'm the Padres I'm more worried about the Rockies. They've won eight in a row including a sweep at Petco.

With that being said Milton Bradley seems to be a psycho at times. It will be interesting to see what happens with that umpire. Apparently MLB might question Todd Helton about what was said between the two.
