Nintendo DS at the ballgame

I am sort of split on this one. I realy like the idea, but am not sure if it would become a distraction. Might be interesting to see something like Gameday at the park with bench player splits on stats. I am kind of a tradationalist at the park though. I like to go with my scorebook.

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.

Menotti, in the RF bleachers we already have the TV screens. Sometimes you can tell when it was replayed out there.

A good idea, but way too expensive. Especially since $40 and a hot spot location will give you the internet on the DS and allow you to go to any website. Including BF.net. That, and I already surf BF.net at the game with my cell phone.

EA Sports...It's in the game...until we arbitrarily decide to shut off the server.

I would pass on this.

I need my hands free for food and clapping and foul balls, etc.

Plus, I'm pretty content with just being at a game. I don't need more than the stadium atmosphere, a beer and sandwich, a relaxing seat, and two teams playing baseball. That's plenty.

i think the idea would work without a fee. It would be a great way to get people to buy DS's that normally wouldn't. I might even consider buying the 150 dollar unit for just that. I think that would be a good business idea to increase market share instead of getting people to put down 5 bucks a game.
