I was listening to the debut of the Mike Tirico show and during the pennant race segment it was entirely Red Sox - Yankees.. a race that absolutely doesn't matter since both teams will make the playoffs.. they then talked about the races in the AL Center / West (both over) without spending anytime on the 4 NL Races that are close.
