Why does someone always have to be at fault?

It's not really about 'fault' at all. If the Brewers lose itonight's game it won't be Yost's fault.

 

Rather, this is about a repeated pattern of very questionable (at best) decision-making that has a cumulative effect over the course of a long season.

But I assume Yost is responsible for those decisions, so he's to blame, so it's his fault?
