Hotmail - Cannnot find server or DNS error

I have not been able to sign into my primary Hotmail email address (the one connected to BF.net and LL.net) since Wednesday. Everytime I try I get the white error page that says "Cannot find server or DNS error". I can sign into my alternate (anonymous) Hotmail email address though with no problem. I cannot for the life of me find any way to contact Microsoft regarding this problem other than filling out a form on Hotmail's login page via the "help" link. I filled out the form yesterday, gave them an alternate email contact, but no response.

 

Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions? Anyone know of any way to contact Microsoft regarding this?
