I think that is a case of shill bidding, there is no way anyone would go that high when the one before that went for less than $70, that being said, I'm glad I already have one.

Take a look at the bid history. Notice that the bidding only got out of control when a bidder with a brand new account (created TODAY) with a zero feedback history got involved. I'd say very probable a shill auction. I'll keep an eye on that seller and see if the same (possible) shill account is active in some of his other auctions.

 

I'm not trying to be internet-cop, but I like to be careful on ebay.
