Attendance for the Rest of the 2007 Season

What kind of attendance do you think the Brewers could expect if they continue their fall from grace? Could be be looking at 8-10K Brewer fans in the stands for the last homestand of the season? (which would be comforting in an odd sort of way)

doubt it, most of the tickets have already been purchased and attendance is based on tickets sold not how many show up. Don't expect a drop off.

I was going to go to the Friday's game but said forget it. I'm not going to buy more tickets and waste money on food and beer at games any more than I have to. I have 1 game left in my package. I'll go to that obviously (end of the year VS Padres). Maybe Ill go to another game this year, but I don't have much incentive.

 

They're not fun to watch at all. They're just a terrible, terrible team. When you watch the Brewers, you're watching some bad baseball. It's not worth paying for to be frank.

i have tickets to the 2nd and 30th and that may be it. I was planning on going friday too, but i am going to skip out and just get a bobblehead on ebay.

Unless people are just going to let their tickets go to waste, attendance will remain strong. Earlier in the year the Brewers said that they had sold at least 30,000 for ever game remaining on the home schedule. I see the walk up ticket sales dropping way down if things continue to get worse, but those 30k+ per game are already purchased. It's not like the Brewers are going to be refunding tickets.

8-10K a game? Since the attendance is really tickets sold, that's just ludicrous, and as stated, few people want to waste their tickets. Walk-ups will be down if they fall out of the race, but they still will have very good crowds for a month when school is in session.

And there are enough baseball junkies around who realize how long the offseason can be! I go nuts without baseball, so you need to get it while you can.
