Donate Blood, Save a Life, and Get Two Free Tickets!

brewerjamie15

I hate needles. I absolutely hate them. I don't like shots, I can't stand blood tests, I am scared like a little girl. Despite my fears though, I donate blood pretty regularly. It's important to do it, so I do. A few minutes of discomfort is not much to overcome to be able to help someone out who may very well need blood to save their life.

I'm formally challenging each and every one of you to go donate blood on Monday, August 26th. I'm going to do it. This drive happens to be around the time I can donate. (you have to wait a specific amount of time to donate each time)

I'll be at Miller Park to give blood sometime after 5 pm and I'll wear a David Weathers jersey and a Brewerfan.net t-shirt. Come up and give me your screen name, and I'll enter you to win the shirt. Go give blood someplace else, email me or pm me, and you get entered as well. Winner is picked at random.

So now you can save a life, get two tickets to a Brewers game, and have a shot at a new t-shirt.

As if helping another human being was not enough.

GO GIVE BLOOD!
