Well, it's really tough to be disappointed in this loss(should they not come back). Webb was on the hill so you kind of expected it. They won the series and that is all you can ask for. They played well tonight, can't really ask for much more then that.

I'm a little surprised that Suppan didn't do one more inning with his PC only being at 87.

 

I know they have a day off tommorow, but 2 straight off days for the entire bullpen might really do some good.

If it's not to be, you have to go back, once again, to the Brewers (without pointing fingers) not getting things done in the fundamentals department in terms of moving guys over and getting them in. Can't expect perfection there, but tonight serves as an example of why the little things matter so much.

No offense to anyone specifically, but why do we need to get all over somebody everytime they decide to tune out the game early, thinking it's over? It's not like being at the game and walking out of the stadium early. If he's frustrated enough and doesn't think we can score against one of the best closers in the game, hey, that's his option.

 

I know the chances are very much against us here with Valverde but it would sure be sweet if we could scrap together a run. Let's go Crew...
