McClung has looked pretty good so far...if he can keep his control in check Doug Melvin may have found another steal.

Yost loves his "closer" situations. I've never seen him NOT use his closer in a situation like this. Predictable Yost.

 

McClung's fastball was 101, sure, but the thing was laid in there right up the middle to tee off on. No movement whatsoever.

Well, I for one can and will worry about what the Cubs will do...the Brewers don't control their own destiny anymore.

Actually, since the Brewers play the Cubs again, they do control their own destiny - take care of business against the Cubs (and STL) and things should work out.
