Which bobbles will the Brewers do next season?

Warriors76

Assuming they do five bobbleheads again and not another huge series of minis, who do you think will be the full sized bobbleheads the Brewers do in 2008? Here are my guesses: Italian/Bratwurst/Polish, JJ Hardy, Ryan Braun, Francisco Cordero - if he's still with the team, and for the last spot, I'm thinking Corey Hart or Jeff Suppan. I also wish they would either do away with two different bobbleheads and either do first 25,000 or something, or at least do away with alternate retros and go back to alternate navy blue jerseys.

Here are my guesses:

Ryan Braun

JJ Hardy

Coco

Ned Yost

Brat

I also agree with getting rid of the retro and if they decide to make an alternate, make it the navy blue.

That seems good to me, I think Braun and Hardy are both locks. Yost and CoCo if they are here. If they are not I would say it will be Hart and Bush.

the team up until this year has always had a full size retro bobblehead, id like to see that come back and have them do a 90's brewers are stop with all the 82. Vaughn, Burnitz, or Cirillo would be excellent choices. All the bobbleheads have been players I have never seen or saw in the twilight of their careers. that being said i am going with

Braun

Hart

Hardy

Cirillo

Polish

I agree Patrick. I suggested a Cirillo bobble last year to the brewers and the guy that replied said it was a good idea and they may do it some year. I think I suggested having a Cirillo wearing #6 in the current unis and a Cirllo waring #26 in the mid-90's unis. If not Cirillo Vaughn would be cool. I to am sick of 82' Brewers bobbles.

I agree with most people with the Hart, Hardy, Braun, and Cordero but for my sleeper pick I think Hank Aaron. They did one a couple years ago but they have done many Younts and Sheets so they might do Aaron again or maybe Molitor.

I just got off the phone with the my Brewers ticket rep and he confirmed that the Brewers will have only 3 full size bobbles next year.

Hardy

A regular version and an alternate. The alternate will have him in button down shirt and jeans with a pull string on the back. Pull it and he says "you can warm up with me anytime". Tickets will be sold exclusively at area middle schools as some sort of fund raiser for "the big dance".

Suppan

The regular one shows him in his Brewers uniform with cash busting out of his back pockets. The retro will have him in a Cardinals uniform wearing a World Series ring.

Yost

There will be no "regular" Yost, only a retro and people will say, "Oh yeah... I remember when he used to manage the Brewers.

Also, because they felt that the secondary market was a little soft lately, every Friday night will be "Jefferey Hammonds mini bobble night". Only 546,000 will be made so make sure to buy 10 tickets for each Friday game and then leave before the first pitch so you can be the first to get yours on ebay. Don't forget to be sure to put a ridiculous buy it now price on it.

Seriously though, I love the Cirillo idea, especially the #26 on the retros. Besides 3 or 4 current players how about a Mark A bobble, or a Jim Powell - he's the only announcer yet without one.

And please, please NO MORE 1982 anything! No mini retro bobbles, no retro uniforms, no ball and glove logo, no DVD's... We all love it, but we're loving it to death. Lets find a different treasured memory to beat to death. Team Streak anyone?

20fry, I to like the idea of a possible Mark A or Powell bobble. Also whoever said they might to an Aaron bobble again that would be cool. I think I mostly want to see a Braun and then a retro player not from the 82 team. A Cirillo, Deer or Vaughn would make me happy.

If they're doing a retro, it's almost got to be Deer or Higuera.

My predictions:

Hardy

Braun

Sausage

Higuera

Fin.

Im totally down with that list. I think they have to do Braun and Hardy. Then you throw in one of the sausage racers and then a retro. Higuera would be a good choice as well. I think Deer and him would be the best two retro choices. Maybe they should do Cirillo a few more years down the road.
