Automatic Ejection question

Per MLB rules:

"9.02 (a) Any umpire's decision which involves judgment, such as, but not limited to, whether a batted ball is fair or foul, whether a pitch is a strike or a ball, or whether a runner is safe or out, is final. No player, manager, coach or substitute shall object to any such judgment decisions.

(a) Players leaving their position in the field or on base, or managers or coaches leaving the bench or coaches box, to argue on BALLS AND STRIKES will not be permitted. They should be warned if they start for the plate to protest the call. If they continue, they will be ejected from the game."

There is no mention of the player at bat at the time of the questionable ball or strike call. My question is: If a batter argues balls and strikes is he automatically ejected after a warning?

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

I posted that rule in the Houston Series Umpiring/Prince thread. I think batters argue balls/strikes frequently. You just can't be excessive like with any argument. According to the rule, no judgement call can be argued at all but we know that's not true. I don't think it's automatic for the batter, just for those who don't have a decent or any view of the strikezone. The catcher wouldn't have to leave his position to argue either, the pitcher probably would but sometimes they have a conference with the catcher and voice their opinion when the ump comes out to break it up.
