Seating Chart Question

Does anyone on here know how many rows are in each/certain sections? I found some tickets in the 9th row of field bleachers and was curious to where the bullpen ended, thinking they might be the first row off the pen? Thanks in advance!

In BL 101, I believe the eighth row is really the first row. Every section is different as far as how many rows are in it and how many seats across it is.
