Commercial on ESPN featuring Brewers highlights: what is it advertising?

I was at the bar playing shuffleboard last night, and ESPN was on the big screen next to me. I was 1/2 paying attention, when my buddies and I caught a commercial that seemed to be all Brewer highlights. We think it was one of those Dane Cook Playoffs commercials, but none of us were sure. If so, a Brewer-featured playoffs commercial on national TV would be sweet. Did anyone see this or know anything about it? Maybe it's on youtube...

 

Any help in figuring out what I saw would be appreciated

Yes! I saw it too but I saw it before the Cubs played on fox on Saturday I believe. I think it was one of their actober commercials. At any rate, it was a really cool commercial.

I saw it as well. Its just to promote baseball and the playoffs. They had a few other ones like that with other teams in it. It was definetly nice to see the Crew in one of them though.

Was it only the Brewers? or were there other teams too?

The specific commercial I remember was only the Brewers. They talked about Prince, and late game heroics (showing Jenkins walkoff) and such. I've also seen Prince in a generic playoff commercial with a bunch of other teams

Sounds like a subtle hint. Coincidence that we see this commercial after the Cubs lose Soriano for a month? I think not.

It was advertising the "longshot" teams that are there every year. This one is saying Milwaukee has a chance to be this year's team.

I have seen these a couple of times, they are like Playoff/Baseball promos. I think they are kind of cool except that Dane Cook is in them.

They are probably showing Diamondback highlights in AZ, Rockies highlights in CO, etc etc. Even though it's a nationally "branded" commercial, it's not uncommon to have multiple versions that are sent to specified cable providers in the commercial blocks, kinda like SI and Fantasy mags have 2-6 covers usually for annual special issues.

yeah, but I saw the Brewers version on Saturday also. Down here in AZ. So, I think they are national commercials. I've also seen Red Sox, Tigers, Indians, and Yankees.
