Are The Brewers The 2005 Nationals?

While I don't believe it's true, a buddy of mine compared these Brewers to the 2005 Nationals who rode a hot streak until this time in 2005 and then just collapsed. While I don't feel the comparison is valid, I am just wondering what you all think about it.

Id like to think we are way better then that team.

The Nationals had a .591 WP despite having a negative scoring differential. The Brewers record pretty much reflects exactly their run differential.

That's what I noticed too. Also, alot of those games in June were 1 run games, so that plays into it as well.

I could see this team collapsing like that one did but that team had practically no talent. The Brewers are a very talented team and thats why the way they are playing now is so frustrating.
