Time for new mechanics

Since Rickie's wrist has been a big problem ever since he came up, is it time to change the swing so that the bat waggle doesn't keep Rickie struggling. I don't believe he ever used the waggle until the pros, and he was a great hitter in college. Why not go back to more normal swing?

It wouldn't hurt. I really think he just needs to get his confidence back, though.
