The Dealin' Dominican does the job. Nice. Now *don't* use him for a second inning, 'cause that could increase the propensity for sucktitude.

Maybe we should try something different. *DON'T SCORE ANY RUNS, GUYS. WE DON'T LIKE THEM.*

I'm glad I'm not the only one without a life here. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

What are you trying to say? That cool people with real lives don't spend their Tuesday nights posting on a message board?

Tsk. Yeah right.

Kudo's to Ben on an amazing performance. Other than that, the only good thing about the game is that the Angels T.V. network let us listen to Uecker for 1/2 inning, which was awesome.

The Crew needs to completely scrap whatever philosophy they're employing offensively. If that means canning Wynegar, so be it.

They take a lot of pitches they should be swinging at. As a result, they put themselves in so many holes that they end up whiffing at crappy pitches they have no biz even considering.

If these guys are going to be singles & doubles hitters, the least they can do is put the bat on the ball!

WOW -- Grieve, Jenks, Moeller, Counsell - those guys are nearly automatic outs. They have no clue what they're doing up there.

What's wrong with being aggressive? If the first pitch is right down the pipe, swing at it!!!!

2nd & 3rd, no outs, it's inexcusable not to score even ONE RUN!!

I'm going to the game on Thursday but I can't say I'm excited about it anymore.

How many times in one season can a team manage only 4 hits?

Maybe "working the count" is a bad choice of words but you can balme Ginter. It is critical he get a successful bunt down, and he has at least 3 pitches to work with. Instead of botching up the sacrafice on the first pitch, perhaps he could have taken the pitch and got a better bunt down on the next pitch.
