6/8/2004 - Brewers(Sheets)@Angels(Escobar)/Cheese Sandwiches

JaNelson52

Could have been me. I turned on FSN about five seconds before the hit. Please don't make me leave the board. (Couldn't it have been Daron and Bill?)

What makes one bloody run too much to ask for?

I gotta say I am not thrilled with letting ben pitch the 9th. Nothing but bad can come of it. He isnt in a position to nail down the win. All he can do is send it to extras or lose it. Why let him have the chance of leaving this great performance with a bad taste in his mouth??????

If Ben's outing is for naught, it will be a heart-rending loss for the Brewers, and you can blame the puny offense.

Thesaurus aside, this game seems fairly pivotal (for June). Lose and you have wasted a terrific performance by Golden Ben and gone under .500 to boot. How demoralizing.

Ah, geez, wild pitch. Collect yourself, Ben.
