it was brutal to leave the poor guy in BRUTAL

I don't understand this thinking. Why do you feel so sorry for him? Did Yost walk 7 batters? Davis put himself in the situation, and he's a big boy. He can handle himself.

ralph, if the bullpen needs to be saved, why is helling out, he could have gone another inning... good job Ned, play for today... are you learning ..... 30 mins too late. but better late than never

Benson should be ashamed of himself, pulling a Brewers pitcher imitation while having the game tied again. DD is lucky to get a no decision out of this one. Strange game, it's gonna be a high scoring affair.

Every manager in baseball leaves his guy out there in the situation davis was in. Why on earth do you think you see lines of 3 IP, 7 ER so often. I'm not Yost's biggest fan but at least half the stuff people criticize him for are things that every manager in baseball does.

Mac is a battler. Now if only the Brewers could have a bench full of switch-hitting battlers hitting a torrid .231, this would be a Ned Yost team.

Way to go Chris!

Now someone in the bullpen, please throw up a scoreless rack!

Branyan is the manyan is the coolest tag line I've read here in a long time. Nicely done!

Roto-Mag-Ruder's hit came left-handed, too, so that's nice to see.

We're gonna win this one... the Mets' bullpen ain't good.

3 balls to start off... did ned tell doug to go out and try right handed....

re doug being a big boy... of course he is, but if he had a broken arm would you still leave him in... something was/is wrong

Does anyone else feel a little uneasy when Lehr is pitching. It's the same feeling I got last year when they brought Jeff Bennett into the game. The guy seems very hittable to me. Why wasn't Adams or Capellan brought up instead?
