Holy crap, nice positioning of Branyan.
"His whole life is a fantasy camp. People should plunk down $2000 to live like him for a week. Sleep, do nothing, fall ass-backwards into money, mooch food off your neighbors and have sex without dating... THAT'S a fantasy camp."

Quit saying how bad Lowell has been, they're scaring me.

YES! Great win for Obie and the Crew! I saw Victor Santos and Doug Davis laughing after the game and frequently see them joking around together in the dugout - are they good friends? Just wondering, glad to see a W!

Congrats to Wes O. on probably throwing his best game ever, jeers to Adams and Viz on almost blowing it, Kolb to the rescue, thank you! Couple of comments, Jenkins needs to ride some pine for a few days to see if that would snap him back to reality. Branyan needs to be the everyday 3b, bottom line! Helms can you feel it slipping away! I wonder if Ned is beginning to rethink his thoughts on Helms yet? Come on Ned you can deny it no longer, Branyan is just better!

Well...

Who'd have thought that tonight's pitching trouble would NOT have involved Obermueller? My hat is tipped to lil' Wes. He got what might well have been a Kinneyesque last chance and (unlike Kinney) made it work. I gave him a personal standing ovation after each successful inning, plus one for his hit.

Solid crowd tonight (35K, and without the bobblehead draw of Saturday and Sunday) which was moderately into the game. We actually got some people in our section to do the Overbay "O" with us.

And lord-a-mitey, was it nice to see Russell instead of Big Wes. I tried to keep track of the number of "no way would Helms have made that" plays, but I lost count.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.
