That might have been the highest home run I've ever seen in my life. I've always loved Russell Branyan, and now he's on my team. And mashing the ball. Very hard.

I love him like Keith Ginter. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

Why is Dave Burba still pitching?

And now he takes him out, after he gives up a home-run-but-not-quite double.

What exactly were we waiting on to bring Vizcy in? He was up and ready, and it looked like he would come in... but then he didn't. Why?

Does anyone else get shooting pains in their left arm when Moeller puts that glove up high?

I throw up in my mouth. But in some cultures, they *only* eat vomit.

Ryan Dempster is one of the aces of my MVP baseball franchise. He used to be pretty darned good.

Why keep Moeller in there? Pinch hit Gary Bennett...he surely would have jacked a homer there! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif

Vizzy looked really good before. That's nice to see...hopefully Kolb can get the job done.

Extra innings... hopefully Travis Phelps is available to pitch, 'cause he's been a starter and should be able to throw several innings if necessary. That would mean he can't start tomorrow in case Capuano can't go, however, so let's just hope that the Crew can end it shortly.

Helms, Durrington, GBennett, and Magruder are the only bats off the bench. Not a very inspiring bunch.

Michael Barrett just missed a dinger. I wish Moeller could do that once in a while.

Moeller did that once. What more do you want?

And for those of you who have been to the park since Branyan came on board : does his videoboard picture look kind of like John Jaha, or what?

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

MVP's a great game. I had a franchise with the Brewers (Kieschnick had a 1.02 ERA out of the bullpen) but couldn't play a second year after I could only sign six or seven of the guys who were on the team the first year due to salary reasons! I have a franchise with the Devil Rays now and here's my rotation if anyone cares:

1. Doug Davis

2. Mark Hendrickson

3. Joe Kennedy

4. Billy Traber

5. Brett Tomko

I usually don't trade for guys but I wanted to make it a little challening and not have any of the game's premier pitchers, and I kept the Rays offense pretty much the same. Two words of advice with those guys: Doug Davis' cutter usually always works, and Tomko's slider is almost always off.

And by "not a very inspiring bunch," I apparently meant our defense.

I think Mr. Adventure would be a better right-fielder than he is a center-fielder... it's a pipe dream, but when Clark and Pods are both in the lineup, it'd be nice to flip 'em around.

Oh well. Swing and sway with Sammy K!
