I've got a bad feeling about the vampire today (who doesn't?), but hopefully the team finally figures out that they need to make him wear sunglasses.

Gary Bennett is en fuego. Hitting almost .300 in the second half. Worth keeping next year?
"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

So far in this series (through 7 innings today) the Brewers are a combined 13/18 or .150 BA. This is coming against a guy with a 5.02 ERA and the stuff of an average high school pitcher, a career journeyman, and a rookie righthanded pitcher! Unbelievable.
