That non-play by Krynzel in RF gave me a Grieve flashback -- among the ugliest (and costliest) goofs of the season.

de la Rosa looks awful, and Uecker (I'm watching and listening) has disgust just dripping from his words tonight.

And all this in front of basically the entire organization in the stands tonight.

Hate to say it, but the two kids basically "choked" that inning.

And please, no talk about David getting used to the angles in right field. It was only one play, but man, was it hideous.

Ah, geez. I actually had a feeling, as Daron said "and de la Rosa wins that at-bat" and the fly ball was headed toward Krynzel, that Daron was speaking a bit too soon.

Could we please see one more game (after tonight, obviously) without costly unearned runs? I mean in 2004.

4-2. And there was much rejoicing.

So MassBrew, you're watching or listening to this at 10:45 EDT? That and your five-figure post total surely make you the man.

Edit: Whoa, talk about the Ugly Bowl. Can anyone stand to stick with it until the end?

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

4-4

So this is what a bad AAA ballgame looks like. I haven't seen a game like this in a longgggggg time.

EDIT: I realize now my comment was unfair to AAA teams. This is more like a highschool game.

66 steals by Pods.... crazy!!!! Can we please trade him to someone who loves steals? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

I really need to get a new user ID.

Even though about 90% of my posts were from Link Report threads (you guys know I don't chime in all that often elsewhere), that 10,000+ thing is going to hang on me unless I "reset" myself.

There was my favorite Brewer pitcher from my younger days...

MassHaas?

It's really hard to shut that massbrew massposting dude.... http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Please tell me the Brewers didn't just try the 1st and third get the runner at first in a run down to score the guy at third crap. That is the DEFINITION of highschool.

Boooo

Jim recalled Ned being surprised how good JJ looked (healthy)! And left it open that he could make the team out of spring training.

That's enough to make this game worthwhile.

Yeah, what's up with a suicide double steal when your #3 hitter is up?

Hey MB, at least Powell was talking about some prospects tonight. He hasn't had much to talk about on that front for a few weeks http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif .

Another error leads to another run. I think they should suit up all the prospects sitting in the stands & allow them to play.

67 steals now...... apparently Yost said to go get those 70 steals http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
74 steals. That'll break the franchise record.

7-5, Brewers in the top of the 9th.

Triple by Podsednik / sac fly by Ginter.

2 run homer by Jenkins, scoring Overbay (who walked).

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.
