Got to see Palmisano walk around the dugout. He looks like an athlete

thought the same thing yesterday. OF course, would like to see him get in some day. Then again, he's just an A-ball guy, so not likely if he didn't manage to play yesterday.

Helms had a very nice rip to center and looks a LOT thinner.

Did he shock you as much as he shocked me yesterday, or Uke and Powell today? I swore it appeared he'd lost 30 lbs in his midsection. Today Uke and Powell said they thought Cirillo was still out there.

Off to Suprise manana!

I may go. I decided no to today with the rain...didn't want to drive a long ways to Maryvale with the T-Storm warning and ominous clouds. Surprise is my favorite park. Phoenix Muni is the sentimental one since I worked there in the Fall, but Surprise's complex blows me away.

This marks the official 2005 resumption of my Housman pimping hobby. Two innings -- what better basis for such a weird affectation? But I'm telling you, the guy made a deal with the devil or something; if he keeps striking people out, he will not be denied. I don't see why he should keep striking people out, but until somebody explains how the park/league shift from Beloit to Huntsville can turn a guy's K/9 from crap to brilliance, I will continue to believe.

Greg.
