The best part is that JIm Powell said that Weeks and Fielder and some other of the younger guys would be starting today for the road game.

Yes indeed. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif In fact, Overbay, Spivey and maybe another player or 2 aren't even making the trip. Here's to another Prince bomb!

I'm excited to hear the young guys. This is the first game I'll be able to listen to so far, and I'm looking forward to it.

Heck, with the weather today here in Wisconsin, I might have to pull the radio and a couple of beers out on the patio and listen. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eek.gif

I know this has been addressed for several other people, but can someone give me the final word on hearing these ST games? I live in North Carolina (Camp Lejeune). Is the only was for me to hear these games to subscribe to the mlb.com package? someone seemed to suggest the audio was free for ST.

Here's the answer as far as I understand it. All games that are webcasts ONLY, are free via the brewers site. All games that are available via radio, i.e. Jim+Bob-called games, you must have a subscription for.

Every time I go to wtmj620.com it says that I have to download some surfnetwork software, than It tells me to go to this website to download it. When I try to download it, it just sends me back to the page telling me that I need the software. Anyone else have this problem?

I've had that same problem trying to listen on the internet. I just gave up, I'll just pay attention to the thread instead. I get frustrated and give up too easily to mess around with something like that.

For those having issues downloading the Surfernetwork player - go here:

rd1.surfernetwork.com/Pla...?call=wtmj

Also, it requires Internet Explorer. You can't use Firefox or any other browser. Small price to pay.

Another thing - make sure your browser settings are set to download signed ActiveX controls. You can do that by doing the following:

In Internet Explorer, click the tools menu at the top

Go to Internet Options, then the security tab

Click Custom Level at the bottom

Scroll down to where it says "Download signed ActiveX Controls" - make sure Enable is selected, click apply.

Hope this helps.
