Sorry for being an idiot, but what is up with the Nintendo 64 reference for Overbay?

Sok, you're not an idiot. If you don't get "Nintendo" at all, he got it from making hitting look so easy. If it's about the 64, I used Super Nintendo a couple days ago, just picking another random variation. Tomorrow perhaps it'll be GameCubehttp://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Square, I asked you about 3TO a few days ago and have noticed several people asking what it is. Maybe you can thumbtack a "What is 3TO?" post with that link up there for those who still do not know...but need to.

It's not a revolution of the mind like WOAH SOLVD, but it might be worth a thumbtack....just a thought.

He was drafted the same year Nintendo 64 came out.

You'd have a hard time convincing me of this.

I know it's stating the obvious, but Capuano could be poised for a breakout season if he stays healthy.

I completely agree. I'm expecting some pretty good numbers from him this year.

I guess Ja is on the ride home, so I'll give a quick update. I just started listening in the Top of the 3rd. Through 3 innings, Cappy has held the Padres scoreless. The Crew got a run in the Top of the 3rd. Jenkins doubled in Weeks (on base with a single up the middle). Miller followed with a hit, but Geoff was cut down at home.

1-0 Crew after 3.

I'll give updates until Ja comes back

Hart out

Hardy 1B (steals 2nd)

Spivey (PH for Cappy) K (looking curve on outside)

Clark 5-3

Ja is back and has restarted the running box a few posts up. So check that out. I was just filling in for him until he got back. Great to see another very nice outing for Cappy. Given his and Santos' outings lately, it looks like the rotation is settled 1-4.

Capuano with TWO pickoffs?

Filthy pickoff move... I wonder if umps will start calling balks on him. Look what they did to Doug Davis during that time against the Cubs when Davis' move was just too good...

They called it a balk. A balk, I suppose, is defined as a pcikoff move that is just TOO good.
