Is it wrong to root for a strikeout as the best-case scenario? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eek.gif

EDIT: I didn't know how many outs there were. Cripes, that doesn't happen to me often. I should read the Gametracker more carefully. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/embarassed.gif

Wearing my heart on my sleeve since birth. Hopefully, it's my only crime.

I am so interested in your guys observations on Hardy. If his batting eye is really so good it may translate into a superb number 2 batter. I remember reading an article that interviewed JJ (here?) where he projected himself as a number 2 batter.

Good luck on that JJ. I think next year that spot may be open.

Bad play by Eckstein--it wasn't close. Jenkins did hias job, but Eckstein should have held.

And I say good play by Eckstein. He wants to be on second with two outs, so a single can score him. Had Jenks not been hustling and not made a perfect throw, Eckstein is in there. Always make the defense make the perfect play
